About Our Shipping Methods
The same company that manufactures our apparel also ships them for us. This allows for minimal processing time when it comes to getting your sweet goods to your door in minimal time. No need to wait for a 3rd party shipping channel, no need to wait for a warehouse to receive anything. You order, we print and ship, you receive awesome merch. Period. Shipping is a flat fee, so no need to worry about enormous costs if you live in less than a common shipping area.
How Much To Ship?
Currently, we use a drop-ship production company with two U.S. locations and a few international locations. This method allows us to quickly serve pizza lovers across the globe, without printing a bunch of up front stock. This keeps our prices fair, and quality high.
T-Shirts (short & long sleeve), Sweatshirts, Tanks, Baseball, Trucker & Snapback Hats, Beanies, Tote bags & Phone cases: United States: $6 USD for the entire order.
Mugs: United States: $7 USD
International shipping rates vary by country.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
To keep our costs as low as possible, we drop-ship every order. That means your shirt is printed as soon as the order is accepted and processed. The turnaround time is generally next day (2 business days) on smaller orders, plus shipping time. On larger orders, production can take up to 9 business days. Orders from the U.S. originate from North Carolina & California. Shipping Timelines: United States: 3-7 business days via USPS, after items are completed.
For now, we are only offering Standard shipping via USPS for U.S. orders. Expedited will be added as soon as it becomes available.
2023 Holiday Orders: Please order by December 10th to ensure that you receive your order by the 25th.
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or change orders after they have been submitted.
Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase (this is purely a hypothetical, we know you'll love it) and would like a return it please contact us. You may return your item for store credit within 7 days after delivery. We will credit the original purchase price minus the cost of shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning an order.
Exchange Policy
You may exchange your unworn and unwashed items within 7 days after delivery. Please contact us prior to mailing your order back to initiate the exchange process. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanging.
